What are your shipping rates?
$10 Flat rate for shipping addresses in Canada
$12 Flat rate for shipping addresses in the United States
$16 Flat rate for shipping addresses in any other country


When can I expect my order?
Once an item is paid for, the time it takes to finalize the order, package the item, bring to the post office and finally be delivered to the buyer's door must all be taken into account when calculating when to expect an order. Generally, it will take five to seven business days for Canada, seven to ten business days for the USA and up to 6 weeks for any other country. Sorry for any inconveniences, but that's how we keep our shipping prices so low!


Will you be restocking on _______?
Most of our items are vintage and therefore unable to be restocked. Once it's gone, there is no way we can get it back. That means, if you see something you like, you better snatch it up before somebody else does!


Where do you find your clothes?
We find our clothes in a variety of places, such as thrift stores and our very own closets. Hunting for top notch vintage is a gift and a hobby for Plastic Skyline. Occasionally, we will create handmade items and sell them as well.


Do you have a size chart?
No, we do not. Because we carry items from a wide variety of manufacturers, there is no fixed sizing. On every product page, the specific measurements are simply posted and it is up to the buyer to take them into account.


How do I purchase an item from Plastic Skyline?
Because most of our items are vintage, we only have one of each product in stock. If you're interested in a product, it'd be smart to grab it fast before somebody else does! To purchase an item, simply click the "add to cart" button on the product page and be directed to PayPal to give us your shipping information and pay for the item. The rest will be up to us to organize and ship.


What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not do returns or exchanges at this time. The buyer must read all item descriptions carefully in order to ensure the product fits his/her standards. If he/she fails to do so, Plastic Skyline will not be held responsible. Any flaws a product may have will be listed in the item listing. Each product is inspected thoroughly before listing. If the buyer has any questions about the item, please feel free to email us at plasticskyline@gmail.com before you make your purchase.


What methods of payment do you accept?
As of now, we only accept PayPal because it is the safest and fastest way to make a transaction.


Is Plastic Skyline a secure website?
The actual Plastic Skyline domain itself does not handle any financial information, therefore it is a secure website. Plastic Skyline's payment method, PayPal, is most definitely a secure way to make transactions. Credit card numbers are never exposed and there is 24/7 monitering to prevent fraud.
